I apologize for being so general when speaking about it. BTW, I'm a 15 year old female.ĭoes anyone know any ways to clear my mind of scary thoughts and think about happy things? If anyone wants me to go into more depth about my depression, feel free to ask. It is probaly at its worst when I'm trying to fall asleep because it's dark inside and outside, and I don't know.night is usually associated with monsters. When I close my eyes, scary faces will pop into my mind.
The reason I came to this board is because I feel my problem could be related to my mental issues. I have considered killing myself a lot, but have never attempted it because I'm afraid of pain and the method failing. I'm not mistaken when I consider myself different (mentally) from others, though, so I am 99% sure I am depressed.
I suffer from depression, but unfortunately it's self diagnosed (no doctor help).
